We offer for sale a garden with a cottage, in the gardening/cottage settlement Čergov, only 4 km from Kolárov.

The town of Kolárovo is situated in the south-west of Slovakia, in the district of Komárno. Kolárovo is one of the largest towns in the lower part of Žitné ostrov. It stretches at the confluence of the Little Danube and the Váh.
From Kolárov, a new cycle route leads along the embankment of the Váh River to the district town of Komárno.
In the surroundings there are water bodies (irrigation canals, ponds) suitable for fishing and relaxation, as well as beautiful nature near the Little Danube and the Váh. There are more opportunities for recreation (Žitný ostrov, attractions and tourist attractions), mainly at thermal swimming pools within 10-20 km from the town of Kolárovo (Veľký Meder, Komárno, Nové Zámky and Nesvady).

The cottage (brick building) is located on a plot of land with an area of 400 m2.

- Table grape varieties, more Russian/Ukrainian varieties (Jupiter, Talisman, Julian, Monarch, Vostorg ideal, Anjuta, Galachad, Kishmish osennij krupnoplodnyj, Kishmish rebeka, Furor, Va-nesa, Concordia, Einsetseedless)
2x Cupressus sempervirens "Stricta" are planted in front of the cottage.
Along the path leading from the gate to the cottage, lavender is planted, which blooms beautifully every year.
